Getting to and from Lyon airport
Lyon Saint-Exupery Airport serves the entire region and is located about 25 kilometres from Lyon city centre. The airport oversees many flights each day, including flights from Manchester to Lyon. It is one of the largest airports in France and offers services such as a left luggage service, numerous shops and restaurants, a post office, meeting rooms, medical facilities and travel agents.
The most common way for passengers to travel to the city centre is on the tram. The express station is located just a ten minute walk from the airport where passengers can take one of the express trams heading for Lyon.
