Munich Airport is located around 30 kilometres from the centre of Munich. It is one of the largest airports in the world and oversees hundreds of flights each week, including flights from Bristol to Munich. The quickest way to travel to Munich is on the rapid railway line. Passengers should use Line S1 or Line S8 to reach Munich Central Station. A train leaves the airport every 10 to 20 minutes and takes about 40 minutes to reach Munich. Car hire services and taxis are also available at the airport.
