Norwich Airport is located around three miles south of the city centre. The airport serves the entire East Anglia region and has many daily flights, including flights from Aberdeen to Norwich. As a full service airport it has many facilities, including restaurants, duty-free shops, money exchange locations, and internet access.
There are many options for transportation to and from the airport. Norse operates bus services that takes passengers to destinations throughout the city and surrounding area. This bus operates from Monday to Saturday and stops every 10 to 15 minutes at Hellesdon that is around a two-minute walk from the airport. On Sundays, the First Eastern Counties Bus picks passengers up directly from the airport and takes them into Norwich.
Taxis are available from Norwich Airport and cost about £7 to travel to the centre of Norwich. There are also several car hire companies at the airport, including Avis, Europcar, and Hertz.
